Economia is currently the leading publisher of economic and professional press in the Czech Republic and an important player in the field of online media. Economia publishes and prints the daily newspaper Hospodářské Noviny, the weekly magazines Ekonom, Respekt, Marketing&Media and several professional titles. The company operates successful news servers IHNED.cz and Aktualne.cz, AktualneTV and many thematic internet and freemail portals.

In 2013, Economia expanded its print media portfolio with online products through the acquisition of Centrum Holdings. Another milestone in the same year was the move to the modern newsroom in Karlín, Prague. These major changes in the company's history were the main reason for modernizing the existing brand. The new logo reflects the shift into the online environment, and together with the new visual style of Economia, builds a picture of the most important digital publishing house in the Czech Republic. The simple and neutral typography refers to the claim “content matters” and it reflects objectivity and sincerity, which are the core values of Economia.
