The Czech Gene Bank is a private medical facility with its own diagnostic laboratory dealing primarily with stem cells. The company was founded in 2008 to provide complete care in the acquisition, processing, examination, freezing, storage and distribution of stem cells derived from cord blood and peripheral blood.

The visually fascinating field of genetics and stem cells has become an inspirational source for this visual identity. Based on microscopic images of the cell structure, a graphic pattern was created, which is the dominant visual element of the company. An essential part of the brief was the application of graphic elements in the interior of the company’s building. Therefore, the project was created in cooperation with the studio A1 Architects; who designed a completely new layout of the building’s interior according to the organic graphic pattern of stem cells.

This unique project, which visually represents the client's specific business, has been realised through interdisciplinary cooperation, a comprehensive approach and investor’s support.

Role in the project: author, creative director, graphic designer.
Created for Dynamo.
